By booking or purchasing from Yullie's Balloons, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Deposits All orders require confirmation before they are considered booked. A deposit may be required to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable once paid.

Cancellations If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event may not be eligible for a refund of any payments made.

Payments Full payment is due before delivery or setup. We accept payment via the methods communicated at the time of booking.

Delivery & Setup Delivery and setup are available within our service area in Fort Lee, NJ and surrounding areas. Any travel outside our standard area may incur an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Custom Orders All balloon arrangements are custom made. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to product availability. We will always communicate any substitutions in advance.

Limitation of Liability Yullie's Balloons is not responsible for any damage, allergic reactions, or injury related to balloons after delivery or pickup. Balloons are not suitable for children under 8 years old without adult supervision.
